Auto Attendant with IVR

An Auto Attendant that will answer the phone with a custom greeting of your choice per employee, transfer calls to extensions, screen calls and offer directory assistance to the proper extension. You will also be able to program the Auto Attendant with an unlimited, multi-tree interactive voice response system.

Hunt Groups

Hunt Groups that allow you to pool together a group of lines like a group of help desk or sales people so that incoming calls can be directed to whichever line is available in that group.

Call Center Queuing

Call Center Queuing is a feature that is setup per department, (sales, customer service, etc…), and will hold all of its inbound calls in a queue until the next available agent is ready for the call. There is a personalized greeting that lets callers know their call is next in line and will be answered by the next available agent. There is also a personalized comfort message will play for the callers, while holding to remind them that their call is important to you.

Shared Call Appearance

Shared Call Appearance is the ability to assign the same extension to a maximum of three devices so that all will ring simultaneously during an incoming call. This is ideal for the employees that work multiple locations. They could have one phone at the office one phone at home and a soft phone on a laptop while traveling all with the same extension saving the cost of buying additional seats or extensions.

Receptionist Module

The Receptionist Module is an easy to use web interface that gives the receptionist the perfect tool to monitor the status of all the companies’ users. The receptionist gets a small window that can be minimized on their desktop and expanded at anytime. It displays the status of the phone for each of the users no matter where the user is physically located which is ideal for remote users. It displays the user’s name, direct phone number or extension and the department they are in. It shows a green dot if the user is available and ready to receive calls or a red dot if the user is currently on a phone call or has the DO NOT DISTURB feature activated. If the receptionist needs to transfer a caller to any person, the receptionist simply clicks transfer, then on the person’s name.

SIP Trunking

For companies wanting to make full use of the investment of an installed IP-PBX SIP trunking VoIP service provided to connect to the traditional Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) network may be the solution. Unlike in traditional telephony, where bundles of physical wires were once delivered from the service provider to a business, a SIP trunk allows a company to replace these traditional fixed PSTN lines with PSTN connectivity via a SIP trunking service.

SIP trunks can offer significant cost-savings for enterprises, eliminating the need for local PSTN gateways, costly ISDN BRIs (Basic Rate Interfaces) or PRIs (Primary Rate Interfaces). This type of VoIP service can drastically decrease company phone bills by as much as 40-70%.

There are some requirements and components necessary to successfully deploy SIP trunks.

  • The PBX

    In most cases the PBX is an IP-based PBX, communicating with all endpoints over IP, but it may just as well be a traditional digital or analog PBX. The sole requirement is that an interface for SIP trunking connectivity is available.

  • Router/Firewall Edge Device

    We will provide the router/firewall with complete support for SIP necessary for handling the traversal of the SIP traffic.

  • Service Provider

    We are the Internet Telephone Service Provider (ITSP) that connects to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN).

Business Phone Services

Many companies have already made an investment in an expensive PBX system but want to utilize Voice over IP technology. we offer a Trunk Replacement solution which allows your business to run Voice over IP using your existing PBX or KTS equipment protecting your investment. Trunk replacement is also an ideal way to test VoIP technology and provides an easy migration path to a fully hosted PBX system.

How it works:

We will install an Integrated Access Device (IAD) that will connect to your existing PBX equipment via PRI/T1 CAS interface or via analog Amphenol connection. The IAD will be connected to our backbone network and will also connect to your local network serving as a router. This way we can provide both data and voice services to your business with one connection. If your PBX system supports SIP directly no IAD is necessary.

This configuration provides access to DIDs nationwide and allows consolidation of your data and voice services to lower your long distance bills and other related fees and taxes.
